Lash Lift & Tint

A lash lift uses non-toxic chemicals to permanently curl your natural lashes until they grow out and fall off during their normal growth cycle. It turns the eyelashes upwards to give them length, height, volume, and the appearance of having longer lashes.

The results are permanent, but as all your lashes shed every three months, and they are each on different growth cycles, they fall off at different times and your new lashes will grow out with their original, natural curl.

A typical lash lift looks amazing for about 4 weeks, then it will still look great for 6-12 weeks, depending on the aftercare and your growth cycle.

Waxing

Waxing is a form of hair removal that extract the entire hair from the hair follicle. Finer hair and long lasting results outcomes

THE DIFFERENCE IS HOW WE DO IT

We use 2 different types of wax. For the face and more sensitive body  areas, we use a hard wax that gentle wraps and hardens around the hair and lifts from the skin creating a less painful removal without harming the skin. We use a more traditional soft wax for larger body areas such as legs, arms, chest, and back and it is removed by using a cloth strip.Soft wax removes even the most stubborn hair while soothing, exfoliating and softening the skin.

Wax is not entirely pain-free, but we make it as comfortable as possible. No “speed waxing”,  we take our time to give you our best.

Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but you can expect a short, stinging sensation after the strip is pulled. If you are worried about being sensitive, taking an ibuprofen or aspirin about 30 minutes before your appointment should minimize your discomfort (consult with your physician before taking medications). Continuous waxing causes finer and less hair therefore waxing becomes less painful.

No double dipping. We clean and sterilize our treatment room between every service,

That’s the way we would want it, and that’s the way you get it.

When waxed consistently, hair grows back slower, finer and sparser. Shaving cuts your hair, it doesn’t remove your hair—so the quantity and thickness remain the same. Electrolysis and laser hair removal don’t work for everyone, which makes waxing a fabulous universal alternative.

The beauty of waxing is knowing you’ll be hair-free for a minimum of 1-2 weeks following your wax appointment.

Your hair won’t grow back thicker and darker after waxing, just the opposite! Hair that is removed at the root grows back softer and finer over time.

There is not a waxing age limit or waxing age requirement. However, if you’re under the age of 18, bring a parent or guardian on your first visit as we need their consent.

In order to provide the best experience possible, only the client and technician are allowed in the treatment room during an appointment. For clients under the age of 15, we invite a parent or guardian to be on hand.

These medications increase the rate at which your skin exfoliates so waxing could potentially remove skin as well as hair. Please let your technician know immediately if you are on any medications. Also be aware that chemical peels, laser, and micro-dermabrasion can also affect skin integrity.

There are many medications that affect skin and skin integrity (glycolic acid, lactic acid, benzyl peroxide, salicylic acid, alpha hydroxyl acid, vitamin A, prescribed exfoliating scrubs, antibiotics, hormonal medications, radiation and/or chemotherapy drugs). Please consult with your physician in regards to any medications and how it may affect your waxing experience. Some brand names to be aware of: Adapalene, Avita, Tazorac Avage, Proactiv(e), Differin, Strivectin.

A bikini wax removes hair that extends outside of the panty line or crease of thigh. If you’d like your bikini wax modified, you’re in luck! With a modified bikini wax a thin strip of hair will be left down the middle of the bikini area. A Brazilian bikini wax removes all hair, including the backside.
